our caregiving team and ensure exceptional client care.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with personal hygiene needs and dressing
- Assist with mobility, walking, and physical therapy exercises
- Prepare meals and snacks
- Light housekeeping activities
- Medication reminders
- Provide companionship
- Assist with errands and shopping
- On-call schedule
- Training/Onboarding caregivers - Train and Onboard: Ensure new team members are equipped to deliver high-quality care
- Quality assurance visits for both caregivers and clients
- Able to problem solve in various situations
- Drive for the client if needed
- Conduct home visits, update care plans, and address client concerns
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must have current valid Indiana HHA/CNA Certification (certifications are valid for 2 years)
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide, or similar role is REQUIRED
- Previous supervisory experience is REQUIRED
- An active CPR card issued by The American Heart Association or The American Red Cross
- Recent Two-step TB/PPD test or an equivalent blood test within the last year
- Ability to lead and educate others
- Knowledge of basic housekeeping tasks
- Ability to adhere to all health and safety guidelines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, respectful, ethical
- Must have reliable transportation, driver's license and insurance
