About the Role :
Inspire Dance Complex is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Administrative Assistant Intern to join our team! If you’re someone who loves learning, has a fun and uplifting spirit, and is eager to dive into the business side of the dance world, this opportunity is for you. You’ll gain hands-on experience in the logistics and operations of running a dynamic and growing dance studio while working closely with our CEO / Owner on exciting projects and initiatives.
Paid Internship
What You’ll Do :
Learn the ins and outs of studio management, from processing enrollments to scheduling and CRM management.
Work alongside the CEO on marketing strategies, sponsorship development, and exploring new growth opportunities.
Assist with community outreach efforts to build strong relationships and promote our studio’s mission.
Support the development and organization of studio logistics and day-to-day operations.
Help brainstorm and execute creative ideas for marketing campaigns and studio events.
Gain valuable experience in managing the backend of a thriving dance studio.
