Inspire Dental is seeking a Full Time Dental Office Manager for our beautiful and thriving practice in Alpharetta, GA!
The Dental Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the administrative, financial, and operational functions of the dental practice. You will co-lead a team of administrative and clinical staff, manage the office’s financial performance, and ensure the highest level of patient satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership, business acumen, and the ability to create and maintain a productive and positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee daily operations of the dental practice, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all administrative and clinical functions.
· Manage office staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
· Develop and implement office policies and procedures to optimize workflow and ensure compliance with regulations and best practices.
· Monitor and manage the financial performance of the practice, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
· Handle accounts receivable and payable, including billing, collections, and payroll management.
· Ensure accurate and timely submission of insurance claims and patient billing, and resolve any issues related to claims or payments.
· Maintain and monitor inventory of dental supplies and equipment, ensuring cost-effective purchasing and utilization.
· Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork, professional development, and open communication.
· Address patient inquiries, concerns, and feedback to maintain a high level of patient satisfaction.
· Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and accreditation requirements, including HIPAA and OSHA.
· Collaborate with the dental team to support clinical operations and enhance the overall patient experience.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
· Proven experience in a management role within a dental or healthcare setting.
· Strong understanding of dental office operations, including scheduling, billing, insurance, and patient care.
· Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
· Proficiency in dental practice management software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft) and Microsoft Office Suite.
· Strong financial acumen, including experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
· Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, staff, and vendors.
· Ability to handle multiple priorities and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
