What are the responsibilities and job description for the Patient Coordinator position at Inspire! Dental?
We are a 2-doctor private practice with a goal of being the friendliest dental practice in Arizona. Relationships are the most important aspect of our office.
We are looking for a patient coordinator with dental experience to join our practice.
On top of greeting patients, this person will need to be able to handle patient calls and schedule appointments, have a knowledge of dental software (we use Dentrix), follow up on overdue hygiene appointments, make confirmation calls for upcoming appointments, insurance verification, treatment plan presentation, and other duties. But most importantly, be a team player and do whatever they can to make sure our patients have an incredible visit.
Lastly, we really value people who are self-motivated and positive. It helps our patients and our team have fun at the office.
The hours are 7:45 - 5:00 with lunch from 12:30-2:00 on Mon, Tue, and Thu. 7:45-2:30 with no lunch on Wednesday. 6:45am-1:00pm every other Friday.
