What are the responsibilities and job description for the INSPIRE Early Childhood Educator Administrative Team Member position at Inspire Early Childhood Learning Center?
Inspire Early Childhood Learning Center is looking for a versatile early childhood Educator to join our Administration Team working with our office administrator, center director, school owner/president and our whole school.
Inspire Early Childhood is a new type of school. We are solving the problems of low early childhood education wages through scale. As our school grows it becomes possible to raise early childhood education wages even higher. Using these new ideas, we are finding ways to offer our educators more of what they want most:
· higher wages
· more available time off
· more flexible weekly schedules
· a culture built on collaboration and team support
· monthly attendance bonuses
· yearly fulfillment bonuses
And by the way, did we mention we have a 40-acre campus, with direct access to neighboring Governor Nelson State Park and exotic animals (zebras, camels, kangaroos, ring tailed lemurs, macaws and more) right on site? Think of the teaching possibilities in this environment!
A Curriculum for the 21stCentury
Inspire's unique curriculum is Project Approach based and builds special characteristics in students that are needed for future success (like curiosity, creativity, persistence, growth mindset, etc.). This pedagogy doesn’t change what children should do (like play), it enhances what they do naturally, making these experiences more powerful and valuable to them. We are getting the students ready for not only kindergarten but also the challenges they will face throughout their life.
