What are the responsibilities and job description for the Paraprofessional position at Inspire for Autism?
Assists the Special Education Teacher and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) providing instruction for children with behavioral disabilities in the classroom. This position is dedicated to increasing social skills, academic skills, self-regulatory skills, and promoting independence. This position will work closely with the classroom teacher and BCBA in helping the students decrease maladaptive behaviors that prevent the student from achieving his/her full potential while systematically increasing socially appropriate behaviors.
Prior experience with Autism, special needs or special education are a plus, but not required. Enthusiasm, a can-do attitude, and devotion to our students are! Come grow with us!

Our staff are full time employees with 12 month contracts.
