Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant - Pulmonary Medicine (Lung Nodule Program)

Inspire Health Medical Group (IHMG), affiliated with the University of California San Francisco Fresno Medical Education Program, has an excellent opportunity for a licensed Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner with strong clinical skills in the Department of Medicine with Division of Pulmonary Medicine (PCCM) at Community Regional Medical Center (CRMC) in Fresno.

The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) will be an integral part of the Lung Nodule program (LNP) team in the PCCM division and work under direct supervision of UCSF Fresno Faculty Pulmonologists. The APP will assist the Medical directors in triaging incoming referrals, assist in timely evaluations, management, and ongoing monitoring of LNP patients. APP will participate in LNP clinics (about 3-5 half-days per week currently) and participate in the weekly multidisciplinary lung nodule conference. Rest of the week, APP will navigate execution of management care plans, facilitate timely endoscopic and radiologic procedures, as well as communications with patients and referring physicians.
