Practice Details
- Work Environment: Our state-of-the-art Urgent Care centers are equipped with onsite lab and digital x-rays, allowing you to provide comprehensive care to your patients.
- Schedule: This is a full-time position with 14 shifts per 4-week month (10 weekday and 4 weekend). You will have the opportunity to see all ages and be comfortable with minor procedures, such as suturing lacerations and draining abscesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide quality patient care: You will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based care strategies.
- Conduct physical exams: You will perform thorough physical examinations to diagnose and treat medical conditions.
- Order diagnostic tests: You will order lab and imaging tests as needed to inform diagnosis and treatment.
- Prescribe medications: You will prescribe medications as necessary to manage patient symptoms and conditions.
Requirements
- Clinical Experience: We require at least 3 years of previous clinical experience, ideally some of which is in the urgent care setting.
- Certifications: ACLS and DOT certification are preferred, but not required.
- Medical Malpractice Record: You must have a clean medical malpractice record.
