Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled CVT/CVS surgeon to join our team in Oxford, Mississippi.
This is an employed opportunity with a competitive compensation package and complete benefits.
Our practice consists of one physician and another who assists with call coverage.
You will be responsible for covering 10 days per month of hospital call, with support from a full-time nurse practitioner.
Our hospital features a hybrid OR with DaVinci Robot access and a busy cardiology group on campus.
You will have the opportunity to perform bread-and-butter cardiac/thoracic cases, including CABGs, valvular repairs/replacements, lobectomies, and carotid endarterectomies.
Our hospital is a 7-year-old facility with a full spectrum of specialties and full-time hospitalists on staff.
We offer support for J1 Visa waivers and a collaborative and collegial team environment.
Oxford is a charming community located about 70 miles south of Memphis and is home to the University of Mississippi.
