- Schedule: 2 (12 hours/day) in clinic; 16 hours administrative hours/week
- Board-Certified Family Medicine, Occupational Medicine, or Emergency Medicine physician
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in urgent care or family medicine
- Occupational medicine knowledge and experience required
- DOT Certification preferred
