Full-Time – Center based

We’re a clinician led pediatric therapy organization committed to supporting children with developmental delays and disabilities. Our approach brings together experts in Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Feeding Therapy, and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to create a collaborative environment where our clients and their families can thrive.
Position Overview:
The COTA works under the direct supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) tp provide therapeutic services to individual clients. The primary goal of a COTA is to help clients develop, recover, or maintain the skills needed for daily living.
Compensation:
$28.00 - 38.00 hourly ($58,240 - $79,040)
Work Schedule:
- Clinic ABA hours: Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
- No weekends or travel required
- All clinic-based care
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement treatment plans designed by the Occupational Therapist.
- Assist patients in performing therapeutic activities and exercises.
- Provide guidance and support to help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Work closely with the Occupational Therapist to adjust treatment plans as needed.
Qualifications:
- Education: Associate degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant program from an accredited institution.
- Certification: Passing the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) exam for COTAs
