Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA®) to join our team. As a Lead BCBA you will evaluate clients' needs, develop individualized therapy plans, and provide supervision/mentorship to BCBA's.
Work Schedule
- Flexible hours.
- Clinic ABA hours: Monday – Friday, 7 AM – 6 PM
- No weekends or travel required
- All clinic-based care
- 25 billable hours weekly
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized therapy plans
- Support staff in maintaining high clinical standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with other therapy disciplines (ST, OT, Feeding) in scheduled sessions as needed
- Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA®) certification granted by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board or pending exam completion
- Must currently hold AZ LBA license
- Experience working with children, particularly those with developmental needs
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- High energy level and physical ability to engage in activities such as running, sitting, standing, twirling, dancing, and lifting up to 50 pounds for over 75% of the workday
