Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA®) to join our team. You will virtually conduct comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, supervise therapy sessions, and provide ongoing support and collaboration with other clinical disciplines on-site, caregivers, and community support teams.
Compensation
- $80,000 - $95,000 annually, based on skills, certification, and experience
- Remote Schedule
- Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm, MST
- No weekends or late-night sessions
- All clinic-based care
- Quarterly travel to the clinic, with expenses fully covered by the company
- Working 25 weekly billable hours (based on full-time)
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized therapy plans
- Provide supervision to BT's and RBT's
- Conduct parent training and oversee client progress
- Participate in weekly departmental and on-on-one meetings
- Collaborate with other therapy disciplines (PT, ST, OT, Feeding) in scheduled sessions as needed
- MUST be currently licensed in Arizona (AZ LBA)
- Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA®) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
- Master's Degree
- Experience working with children
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- When visiting the clinic - High energy level and physical capability to engage in activities such as running, sitting, standing, twirling, dancing, and lifting up to 50 pounds for over 75% of the workday
