Position Overview:
We are seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA®) to join our Scottsdale team. You will evaluate clients' needs and provide supervision and support to BT’S & RBT’s.
Compensation:
$60 - $75 an hour
Work Schedule:
Flexible hours - Flexible schedule during clinic hours for supervision of BTs and RBTs based on 25hr weekly billable hours
Clinic ABA hours: Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
No weekends or travel required
All clinic-based care, and ability to work 100% remote
Key Responsibilities:
Working 25 weekly billable hours
Implement individualized therapy plans
Provide supervision to BTs and RBTs on staff
Conduct parent training and oversee client progress
Collaborate with other therapy disciplines (ST, OT, Feeding) in scheduled sessions as needed
Qualifications:
Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA®) certification granted by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board or pending exam completion
Must currently hold AZ LBA license
Experience working with children, particularly those with developmental disabilities
Strong teamwork and communication skills
