Who's Our Ideal Hospice Clinical Liaison?
- An LPN or RN with a heart for hospice care and an eye for detail.

- Someone with a solid understanding of the hospice philosophy and the ability to educate patients and families about their options.
- A proactive communicator, liaising between the hospital and our Inspire branch, ensuring every referral is handled with care and efficiency.
- Current GA LPN or RN licensure without restrictions.
- Reliable transportation and a valid state driver's license.
- Experience in a clinical setting, preferably in hospice or a hospital.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Build and nurture relationships with hospital case managers.
- Respond promptly to hospital referrals, ensuring patients and families receive timely information about hospice care.
- Educate and guide patients and families about the benefits and processes of hospice placement.
- Collaborate closely with the Inspire CRR, ensuring a smooth transition for every patient.
- Act as the bridge, ensuring clear communication between the hospital and the Inspire branch.
