ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
As the Inspire Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing strategies to raise clinician awareness, grow adoption, and increase engagement with Inspire products that complement the implantable system. This role will lead product launches and ongoing adoption of the externals portfolio and monitor the OSA treatment landscape for Inspire.
The Product Marketing Manager reports to Inspire’s Director of Medical Professional Marketing.
OPPORTUNITIES YOU WILL HAVE IN THIS ROLE
Lead the creation and execution of go-to-market plans for external products, coordinating product launches and updates with key internal stakeholders.
- Develop compelling messaging to describe external products such as the Inspire programming system and implant support tools. Work closely with R&D, regulatory affairs, and clinical teams to ensure that messaging is accurate and compliant.
- Work cross-functionally to produce sales tools, technical brochures, case studies, training programs, and digital content that effectively communicate product benefits for end-users to ensure consistent messaging and a deep understanding of the products’ value.
- Work closely with the Inspire sales training team on education, messaging, and resources for managing conversations about other treatment alternatives for OSA patients.
- Gather and relay feedback from field sales and customer interactions to continually refine product positioning and marketing materials.
Map existing and future landscape for OSA treatment
- Conduct analysis of the alternative OSA treatment landscape, identifying market trends and emerging technologies.
- Monitor and track product offerings, strategies, and regulatory approvals to provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making and field training.
WHAT YOU CAN BRING TO OUR GREAT TEAM
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, science or education required.
- 3 - 5 years in medical device marketing or field roles
- High impact communication skills and ability to simplify complex ideas
- Ability to utilize user insights, data, and statistical analyses to inform decisions
- Proven record of working effectively with medical professionals and sales teams
- Demonstrated ability to be resourceful and innovative
Preferred:
- Master’s degree in business preferred.
SALARY
The salary for this position is expected to be between ($93,200 - $139,800) and will be offered at a level consistent with the experience and qualifications of the candidate. This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position at the time of posting. The salary range may be modified in the future and actual compensation may vary from the posting based on various factors such as geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill level.
