ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
We are recruiting for a Product Owner- Moblie to join our rapidly growing Digital Product Management team. In this newly created position, you will be responsible for prioritizing and managing the work for several agile teams for our Patient Mobile App. You will be working with and / or leading your product team, service level owners, business leaders, and other stakeholders to ensure all goals and objectives are met.
OPPORTUNITIES YOU WILL HAVE IN THIS ROLE
- Drive the Prioritization of the work for each sprint based on business objectives
- Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog by defining user stories, acceptance criteria, and dependencies to ensure the team understands what needs to be built.
- Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives to ensure the team is aligned and working efficiently
- Report back to program manager on risks, blockers, tactical progress of agile teams
- Share business context to the development team and serve as the customer champion
- Serve as bridge between product management and development
- Help agile teams drive day to day decisions, capture the decisions and drive to completion
- Triage and prioritize backlog items and last min requests / hot fixes
- Resolve questions, manage dependencies on the team and across vendor teams and communicate priorities that emerge as stories are implemented
- Define the business value delivered in each sprint
- Cheerleader, builder of agile team culture and recognition

SALARY
The salary for this position is expected to be between $104,800 - $147,900 and will be offered at a level consistent with the experience and qualifications of the candidate. This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position at the time of posting. The salary range may be modified in the future and actual compensation may vary from the posting based on various factors such as geographic location, work experience, education and / or skill level.
