ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
The Product Owner is responsible for steering Patient Services product and software development features based on the highest priorities. The Product Owner is responsible for being the voice of the business, the voice of the customer, and the liaison between Patient Services and IT on all patient related CRM products.
OPPORTUNITIES YOU WILL HAVE IN THIS ROLE
- Work with the technical teams and business stakeholders to identify user and group needs when it comes to patient communication platforms.
- Contribute and work with cross-functional teams to drive vision and strategy for Patient Services products used to support the Patient Services team workflows.
- Create and maintain the product roadmap, including sequencing and timing of capabilities and features.
- Collect, review, and analyze business requirements through both formal and informal communications with key stakeholders resulting in business requirements documents.
- Responsible for the product backlog and refining it to reflect priorities, balancing benefit with effort, risk, and technical complexity.
- Meet regularly with stakeholders and Patient and Physician Services leadership team to determine priorities
- Act as an ambassador for Agile best practices, lead sprint reviews and engage in daily stand ups and sprint retrospectives.
- Lead smaller projects and initiatives related to Microsoft CSW tool such as Knowledge Management, Email templates, and Knowledge Article review process.
- Stay current on future CSW enhancements and Microsoft development
- Partner with the Data and Analytics team on data requests and assistance with maintenance and updates of Patient and Physician Services Power BI reports
- Act as Technology and Technical lead within the Patient & Physician Services team, including telephony and other software products used by the team (i.e. Workforce Management Solution).
- Manage relationship between telephony provider to communicate enhancement needs or system outages
WHAT YOU CAN BRING TO OUR GREAT TEAM
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or related field.
- 1-3 years as a Product Owner/Product Manager
- Software development experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent sales and customer service skills.
- Project management experience and/or strong organizational skills.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, change, and uncertainty to deliver results with cross-functional teams in a positive manner.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritize work and focus on generating business value.
- Proven online product management experience on CRM related topic and strong understanding of KPIs, data, and analytics is a plus.
- Problem solving skills to troubleshoot, and support Inspire system operation
SALARY
The salary for this position is expected to be between $81,900 – $110,000 and will be offered at a level consistent with the experience and qualifications of the candidate. This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position at the time of posting. The salary range may be modified in the future and actual compensation may vary from the posting based on various factors such as geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill level.
