ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
We are seeking an experienced Project & Process Manager to lead critical cross-functional initiatives within our Sales Operations organization. In this role, you will focus on large-scale, high-impact projects that span multiple functions—including Contracting & Pricing, Strategy & Quota, Sales Compensation, Customer Service / Operations, Patient Services, and Finance—while also driving key cyclical processes (e.g., quarterly updates, annual quota design, and sales comp rollouts). You will partner closely with various teams to successfully launch new programs, such as our upcoming rebates initiative, ensuring each project is delivered on time, within scope, and with measurable impact on business outcomes.
As the Project & Process Manager, you will concentrate on strategic project leadership, stakeholder alignment, and process improvement across the broader Sales Operations landscape.
OPPORTUNITIES YOU WILL HAVE IN THIS ROLE
- Critical Project Leadership
Oversee high-priority, cross-functional projects—most urgently, the launch of our rebates program.
Map and document current workflows to identify gaps and inefficiencies, particularly at key handoff points between teams.
Lead and orchestrate quarterly updates, reporting changes, and stakeholder communications across Sales Ops and partner departments.
Serve as the primary liaison among Sales Operations leadership, partner departments (e.g., Finance, Patient Services, Customer Service / Operations), and other key internal stakeholders.
Work closely with the dedicated CRM / Dynamics Scrum Master to ensure alignment when CRM enhancements or data integration efforts intersect with broader projects.
Develop and execute change management plans, including stakeholder communication and training materials, to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and tools.
WHAT YOU CAN BRING TO OUR GREAT TEAM
Required :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Operations, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Lean Six Sigma) a plus.
Proven track record in planning and executing large-scale initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and functional teams
Ability to navigate complex organizational structures, align diverse viewpoints, and drive consensus across Sales, Marketing, Patient Services, Finance, and other key departments.
Understanding of sales operations, including contracting & pricing, quota / forecasting, and sales compensation principles.
Skilled at proactively identifying roadblocks, managing risks, and ensuring teams remain focused.

SALARY
The salary for this position is expected to be between ( $141,800 - $191,800 ) and will be offered at a level consistent with the experience and qualifications of the candidate. This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position at the time of posting. The salary range may be modified in the future and actual compensation may vary from the posting based on various factors such as geographic location, work experience, education and / or skill level.
