ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

The Sr. Analyst, People Analytics is responsible for managing, analyzing, and interpreting HR data to support decision-making and strategic planning within the organization. This role will work closely with technology partners to develop and implement a HR analytics dashboard, advancing Inspire's people analytics capabilities with scalable solutions. Additionally, the Sr. Analyst, People Analytics provides oversight to HR systems to ensure efficient processes, data accuracy, integrity, and security.

OPPORTUNITIES YOU WILL HAVE IN THIS ROLE

Data Management and Analysis :

• Collect, clean, and analyze HR data from various sources, including HRIS, payroll, performance management systems, and other relevant databases.
• Identify trends, patterns, and correlations in HR data to support workforce planning, employee engagement, talent management, and other HR initiatives.
• Enable storytelling with data to clarify insights and drive actionable decision-making.
• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of HR data, and regularly audit data for quality control.
• Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex data sets.
• Act as the HR data subject matter expert, providing guidance on best practices in data management and reporting.

The salary for this position is expected to be between ($123,022 - $166,442) and will be offered at a level consistent with the experience and qualifications of the candidate. This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position at the time of posting. The salary range may be modified in the future and actual compensation may vary from the posting based on various factors such as geographic location, work experience, education and / or skill level.
