After 6 years of consistent growth, we’ve decided to bring on an Outside Sales Represenative. This new position within Inspire Pest Control will become a pivotal part of the team as we grow to the next level. On-Track Earnings for this role would be approximately $54,000; however, this role has uncapped commissions and earning potential as you outperform your target metrics. The ideal candidate would be a self-starter and an internally motivated individual who enjoys the challenge of finding new business.

Job Requirements and Responsibilities
- Execute our proven prospecting and growth strategy with a "hunter" mentality
- Build and maintain a detailed pipeline of potential clients, updating progress in our CRM system
- Track and report sales activity
- Communicate service expectations with clients, ensuring a positive customer experience
- Work independently to manage your schedule and maximize productivity
- Maintain a professional image and clean working environment
- Work in a variety of weather conditions
- Communicate and develop relationships with clients
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing training sessions to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Must be drug-free and smoke-free with no criminal history
- Must have a clean driving record
- Extensive drivetime will be required
- A self-starter who is motivated by results and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
