Education and Experience

Education – Doctorate in Physical Therapy

Experience – at least one year working in an orthopedic or pelvic floor environment.

Responsibilities

The physical therapist will take a holistic approach to care and will work with patients through evaluation, treatment planning, treatment implementation, patient education, and discharge planning to maximize the patient’s functional outcome.

Training or an interest in Pelvic Floor PT is preferred.

Patient Care:

• Evaluates, treat, and monitors patient
• Modifies therapy program and goals as needed
• Administrative Duties: Performs thorough and concise clinical documentation in a timely manner
• Enter charges accurately
• Communication: Communicates effectively with patients, coworkers, and members of the medical care team to include physicians, nurse practitioners, and nursing staff
• Provides education to patients and staff

This therapist will be supervised by an experienced physical therapist

Professional Development: Advances clinical skills through daily problem solving, ongoing education, literature review and implementation of evidence- based practice

Aligns individual goals and work activities to support or impact the Inspire Physical Therapy and Wellness team

Pay: $35,000.00 - $93,000.00 per year
