COMPANY OVERVIEW:
Inspired Beauty Brands, Inc. is a rapidly growing developer, marketer, and distributor/owner of beauty care products. The company’s owned and operated brands include HASK, Gray Away, Fix Your Lid and HnP. Inspired Beauty’s products are sold worldwide through its retail partners, drug chains, mass merchandise and food stores.
As a branded distributor of products, the Company focuses on our key competencies:
a) Sales – getting product on the shelf,
b) Marketing – getting the product to move off the shelf,
c) Product Development – creating innovative new products, and
d) Operations – making the product and getting it to the shelf as efficiently as possible.
The Inspired Beauty Sales group currently consists of 12 individuals responsible for managing accounts across the following classes of trade (Mass, Drug, Food, Dollar, Beauty) both domestically and internationally. They are actively involved with the retail buyers to gain distribution across all Inspired Beauty brands and manage each aspect of the business at the account level.
JOB SUMMARY:
The Sales Coordinator will be the main point of contact for the sales team and as such, will provide daily support to them as well as manage various initiatives continuing to the ongoing success of the Company. The Sales Coordinator will report directly to the VP of Sales.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Keep sales team informed on pertinent new product development, marketing, and operations updates.
· Manage meeting schedules and execute all necessary pre-meeting objectives across all accounts.
· Work with sales team to develop account specific PowerPoint presentations.
· Coordinate with Product Development on comp needs for the sales team.
· Work with the sales team to update/maintain distribution grids, promo calendars, order forms and pricing.
· Work with data coordinator to update/maintain product specification sheets.
· Work with design and operations teams to approve label artwork and BOMs.
· Work with operations and the sales team to facilitate the approval and creation of off-shelf displays, giftsets, and permanent fixtures.
· Maintain the Repositrak, and GS1 databases/platforms.
· Utilize Excel and in-house database systems to generate sales and shipping reports.
· Assist the sales team on credit memo/deduction support.
EXPERIENCE & EXPERTISE REQUIREMENTS:
· 2 – 4 years of work experience in an office setting providing support to multiple individuals.
· Strong organizational and analytical skills with an ability to manage multiple projects, often with competing deadlines.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as this position interfaces across departments and will have direct interaction with senior management.
· Ability to work in a fast paced, priority changing environment.
· Attention to detail, ability to initiate, plan and prioritize.
· Energetic, team member who enjoys the challenges of a dynamic work environment.
· Proficiency in Microsoft 365 – specifically PowerPoint, Excel (vlookups, pivot tables), Word, & Outlook.

Position is located at the company’s headquarters in Chelsea New York City which is conveniently located just 2 blocks from Penn Station.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $67,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
