Key Responsibilities
- Review and validate technical specifications, measurements, and installation plans for custom storage solutions
- Provide technical guidance to designers and installers to ensure projects meet quality and structural standards
- Troubleshoot installation challenges and offer solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Assist with training team members on best practices, materials, and installation techniques
- Conduct site visits when needed to verify measurements and project feasibility
- Ensure all technical documentation and project details are accurately recorded and communicated
- Must be able to send professional emails and utilize a CRM system for tracking project details and communications
- Experience in carpentry, cabinetry, closet design, or a related field
- Strong technical knowledge of materials, construction methods, and installation processes
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and design plans
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to work effectively with designers, installers, and clients
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., SketchUp, AutoCAD) is a plus
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Must be proficient in email communication and comfortable using a CRM system
