We are looking for an Customer Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background and experience in cabinet/closet installation and troubleshooting/repairing. The Customer Service Technician will work with our installation management team and be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, diagnosing and repairing installations, and helping to complete existing projects. The successful candidate must possess excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, computer experience and the ability to work independently..
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and diagnose customer issues.
- Complete and repair existing installations.
- Provide customer service support.
- Keep accurate records of customer service activities.
- Reporting on outcome of service activities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
