Job Opening : One-on-One Support for Preschool Child (Working with BCBA)
We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and reliable individual to provide one-on-one support for a preschool child at our facility. This role involves working directly with the child and collaborating with a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized strategies and behavioral interventions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide individualized support for a preschool-aged child, focusing on social, behavioral, and developmental growth.
- Work under the guidance of a BCBA to implement behavior intervention plans and strategies.
- Assist with classroom activities, ensuring the child is engaged and learning in a positive, supportive environment.
- Communicate regularly with teachers, parents, and the BCBA to track progress and adjust strategies as needed.
- Maintain a calm, patient, and supportive attitude in all situations.
