You'll also be responsible for conducting follow-ups with patients to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns they may have.Knowledge and skills required for the position are : Experience in Healthcare Marketing, with regards to Home Health
- Sales and Marketing and / or Admissions experience in healthcare with regard to generating referral sources
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of area hospitals and other local healthcare organizations
- Has established relationships with social workers and discharge planners
- Good understanding of HIPAA regulations
- Good understanding of private insurance, Medicare and commercial insurance
