Lawn Maintenance Worker

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. This role is essential for ensuring the upkeep and functionality of our facilities and grounds. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience with various maintenance tasks, including landscape maintenance and hardscape projects.

Duties

• Perform routine maintenance on buildings, equipment, and grounds to ensure safety and functionality.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for repairs and installations.
• Engage in landscape maintenance activities, including mowing, trimming, and irrigation.
• Assist with tree care, ensuring the health and safety of trees on the property.
• Build and maintain hardscape features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify any necessary repairs or improvements.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, tools, and equipment.
• Collaborate with team members to complete larger projects efficiently.

Requirements

• Proven experience in maintenance roles or related fields is preferred.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various systems.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Experience in landscape maintenance, including groundskeeping practices.
• Familiarity with irrigation systems and techniques for proper watering of landscapes.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, standing for long periods, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with attention to detail.
