Overview
We are seeking for an experienced painter for Apartment Turn Painting. t This role is essential for ensuring that our apartments are quickly restored and ready for new tenants. The ideal candidate will have experience in various painting techniques and a strong understanding of the necessary preparations and finishes required for high-quality results.
Duties
- Apply paint by brush and roller.
- Perform drywall repairs and patching to ensure surfaces are ready for painting.
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
- Maintain a clean work environment and adhere to safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction painting or industrial painting is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years paint experience.
- Ability to perform drywall repairs and other related tasks effectively.
- Must be able to take direction from job foreman and work well with others.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
This starts as a seasonal position with an opportunity for full time work if you are a great fit.

Pay: $16.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
Schedule:
