We are seeking an immediately available (joining us for Spring/Summer 2025) Physics teacher to support our busy STEM teaching department.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging mathematics lessons.
- Develop lesson plans, resources, and assessments to meet learning objectives.
- Foster an inclusive and respectful classroom environment.
- Monitor and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum planning and cross-disciplinary projects.
- Organize and participate in educational trips, workshops, and historical seminars.
- Engage with parents and guardians to communicate student progress and achievements.
- Attend professional development sessions and contribute to departmental meetings.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM subject
- Teaching qualification, QTS or PGCE
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience post qualification
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
- Familiarity with British curriculum standards and assessment methods.
