As Director of Product Design, you will shape the user experience for our suite of AI-driven healthcare products. Championing user-centered design, you will define the vision and strategy for how our products look, feel, and function. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will deliver intuitive, engaging, and impactful solutions that meet user needs. This role requires hands-on design work coupled with the ability to lead and grow the product design team. You will report to the Head of Product.What you'll doDefine and champion the product design vision and strategy for Inspiren, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.Create and maintain design principles and guidelines that guarantee a consistent and high-quality user experience across all products. Establish and enforce design best practices within the team.Drive user-centered design approaches throughout the product lifecycle, including running user testing to ensure best-in-class user experiences.Maintain a balance between leading the design team and contributing hands-on to key design projectsHire and manage a high-performing team of product designers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Conduct user research and competitive analysis to inform design decisions and identify opportunities for innovation.About youBachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
