We are seeking a skilled Traditional Business Analyst (BA) to join our team and support projects in Sales, Finance, Real Estate, or Timeshare Hospitality domains. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in requirements gathering, business process design, and stakeholder communication while leveraging various requirement management tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
- Design and optimize business processes.
- Utilize requirement management tools such as Ah ha, Confluence, and Jira.
- Facilitate workshops to drive business alignment and decision-making.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, ensuring clarity in requirements and project goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Proven experience in business analysis, particularly in Finance, Real Estate, or Timeshare Hospitality.
- Proficiency with requirements management tools (Ah ha, Confluence, Jira).
- Strong soft skills and communication abilities to work with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience conducting workshops for requirement elicitation.
