SUMMARY

• Our client is seeking an IT Development Engineer II to join their Swift Agile team supporting Product Supply.
• The IT Development Engineer II is responsible for the development, configuration and testing of applications and processes as per the technical requirements and specifications for the application and identifying opportunities for improvement and/or automation of existing processes.
• This position will also troubleshoot and resolve testing issues; focus on programming & configuration of IT Systems Software (i.e. software for use in operating/controlling hardware and providing a platform for running internal end user/business applications).
• Seeking someone with a positive, can-do attitude with a servant mentality, able to think quick on their feet and outside the box to resolve difficult situations.

BACKGROUND PROFILE

• 4-6 years of experience as a Development Engineer, with a strong willingness and ability to learn unfamiliar tools, frameworks, and best practices.
• 1-3 Years .NET / C# development experience
• 1-3 Years MS Azure Cloud experience
• 1-3 Years of CI/CD experience, GIT version control; MS Azure DevOps and ServiceNow experience preferred
• 1-3 Blazor Applications built; Experience with Telerik UI Controls preferred
• Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Abilities
• Strong Understanding of Data

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

• Writes code in high-level (C#, .Net, SQL, SSIS) programming languages for data & system integrations.
• Supports and enhance no-code, low-code, and scripting solutions (PHP, HTML/CSS/JS) for PowerApps and RPA Bots (using UI Path)
• Configures customizes, diagnoses, and enhances SAAS, Off the Shelf, In-House Developed or 3 ^rd Party supplied systems software (e.g., operating systems software and utilities that manage access to peripherals, facilitate networking, manage memory allocation, manage file storage on hard drives, etc.)
• Writes diagnostic programs to test integrated software/hardware systems and resolve system faults to indicate that program is not functioning properly or meeting the technical/functional requirements.
• Participates and actively contributes to Agile Scrum events: Sprint, Sprint Planning, Daily Standup, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective and Backlog Grooming

• Creates technical documentation of systems software programs and code to be leveraged for audit purposes and document why program was built.
• Participates in rotational on-call support, maintenance activities and other duties as determined by the team.

OTHER

• A college degree is not required or preferred, but could be considered a plus
• Certification within the Domain would be considered a big positive, but again - Not required
• In Office Work required 3 days per week
