Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Agile Coach to support a large-scale global Agile transformation initiative within a leading financial services organization. This role will focus on enabling Agile ways of working at an enterprise level, coaching senior leaders, and scaling Agile frameworks across multiple business units. The ideal candidate will have experience training the trainers or coaching the coaches, ensuring Agile adoption is deeply embedded across the organization.
Top 3 Required Skills:
- Enterprise Agile Coaching & Leadership Development - Proven experience coaching senior leaders, executives, and teams in Agile transformation at scale.
- Coach-the-Coach / Train-the-Trainer Expertise - Experience in developing Agile coaching capabilities within large organizations.
- Agile Frameworks & Scaling (SAFe, LeSS, Scrum@Scale, Lean Portfolio Management) - Deep knowledge of Agile scaling frameworks and how to implement them in highly regulated environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with Agile center of excellence program team to drive adoption of agile methodologies across two major business units within the organization.
- Partner with executives, product leaders, and Agile teams to embed Agile mindsets, principles, and frameworks across the enterprise.
- Design and facilitate Agile training programs for leaders, teams, and internal Agile coaches.
- Coach senior leadership on Agile ways of working to foster an Agile culture and mindset shift.
- Guide teams and leaders on the adoption of Lean Portfolio Management, SAFe, Scrum@Scale, or other scaling frameworks suitable for financial services.
- Assess Agile maturity at enterprise, portfolio, and team levels and create targeted improvement plans.
- Drive Agile operating model changes, governance improvements, and regulatory compliance within an Agile framework.
- Act as a trusted advisor for key stakeholders, helping them navigate challenges in enterprise agility.
- 5 years of experience in Agile coaching, with at least 3 years at the enterprise level.
- Experience in financial services or other regulated industries.
- Certifications such as SAFe SPC, ICP-ENT, ICP-CAT, Certified Enterprise Coach (CEC), or Professional Agile Leadership (PAL).
- Strong stakeholder management and change leadership skills.
- Expertise in Agile metrics, business agility, and organizational design principles.
