This role requires a professional who can successfully oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet scope, quality, time, and cost constraints while delivering business value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the successful delivery of Enterprise Technology Asset Management projects.
- Ensure projects meet defined scope, quality, schedule, and budget requirements.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project charter, work breakdown structure (WBS) or user stories, schedule, communication plan, risk/mitigation log, resource plan, training plan, change management log, test plan, lessons learned, transition plan, sustainability/contingency plan, and project acceptance documentation.
- Manage stakeholders effectively by maintaining consistent communication and engagement.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues to ensure successful execution.
- Monitor project performance using established metrics and provide regular status updates.
- Ensure timely and accurate project deliverables in alignment with business objectives.
- Facilitate training, transition, and change management activities to support project adoption.
- Conduct post-project reviews and presentations to assess success and document lessons learned.
- Extensive experience managing enterprise-level projects in a structured project management environment.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects while adhering to established processes and timelines.
- Strong expertise in project documentation and deliverables, including risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to drive project success.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address challenges proactively.
- Experience with change management and training plan implementation.
- Ability to adapt to dynamic project environments and manage shifting priorities.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Timely and accurate delivery of project schedules and required deliverables.
