Power Platform Developer
We are seeking an experienced Senior Power BI Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and implementing Power BI solutions, Power Automate, and Power Platform, with an additional advantage for those with experience in Azure-based environments. Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement interactive Power BI dashboards and reports for business users.
- Create efficient and scalable data models using Power BI.
- Integrate Power Automate for automating workflows and process optimizations.
- Leverage Power Platform capabilities to develop solutions that solve business challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Maintain and troubleshoot Power BI reports and dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and system performance.
- Ensure data security and compliance while managing access to reports and datasets.
- Provide expertise and mentorship to junior developers and analysts on Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Platform best practices.
- Collaborate with Azure-based technologies, ideally within an Azure environment, to ensure seamless integration and optimization of cloud-based solutions.
- Continuously assess and improve the development process to drive efficiencies and best practices.
- Proven experience in Power BI report and dashboard development.
- Proficient in Power Automate for automating business processes and workflows.
- Strong knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Virtual Agents, etc.).
- Background in Azure services and cloud environments, particularly as it pertains to data management and integration.
- Strong SQL skills for querying and manipulating data from various sources.
- Familiarity with integrating Power BI with other Microsoft tools and external data sources.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with business stakeholders.
- Ability to mentor junior team members and share best practices.
