Process Excellence Benefits Delivery Lead
About the Role:
As part of a global Integrated Business Planning (IBP) planning team, this role will lead the strategy, management, tracking, coordination, and delivery of process acceleration benefits from the IBP program. The Global IBP Value Realization Lead will be responsible for ensuring alignment to program objectives, driving adoption, and capturing measurable financial and operational benefits across global markets, including the U.S. and Canada.
This role is critical in supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of IBP, Demand Planning (DP), and Forecasting processes across Fortune 500 enterprises. The position will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of IBP processes and deliver cost savings in the millions.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & Process Management:
- Collaborate with the Global Implementation Lead to align strategy and support acceleration benefits across markets where IBP, DP, and Forecasting are implemented.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of IBP, DP, and Forecasting processes, benefits levers, and benefit calculation methodologies.
- Serve as an internal consultant, partnering with global and cross-functional teams to ensure the adoption of IBP processes and maximize value realization.
- Develop and maintain a standardized global approach for tracking and reporting value realization across all markets.
- Document and maintain the connectivity of benefits across programs to ensure alignment.
- Work closely with the Global IBP Value Realization team and market benefits acceleration teams to define clear objectives, measurable targets, and action plans.
- Partner with the PMO Lead and Change & Communications Lead to drive effective adoption and manage change impacts within markets.
- Provide guidance to market-specific leads to ensure consistency in benefit tracking methodologies and reporting.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders to align on strategic objectives, business priorities, and expected outcomes.
- Ensure alignment with financial and operational best practices while considering market-specific requirements.
- Track and maintain financial and operational benefits across global markets, collaborating closely with market benefits teams.
- Prepare and present progress reports to global program leadership teams, market executives, and sector leadership.
- Monitor potential risks to value realization objectives and proactively develop solutions to mitigate any negative impact.
- Identify industry best practices, propose adoption strategies, and channel continuous improvement initiatives.
Experience & Expertise:
- 8 years of experience managing, capturing, and tracking financial and operational benefits of multi-market, global programs.
- 8 years of experience in planning processes, including IBP, Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE), and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP).
- 8 years of experience in project management and continuous improvement.
- 8 years of management consulting experience, focusing on similar global projects.
- 5 years of experience driving adoption and change management across complex, multi-market environments.
- 5 years of experience in stakeholder management, including expectation management and outcome alignment.
- High-level financial and business acumen with an end-to-end holistic perspective.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to anticipate challenges and drive measurable benefits.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, organization, conflict resolution, influencing, and presentation skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments while managing multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to track and report progress effectively.
- Comfortable working in an international, multi-cultural, and cross-functional environment.
- Ability to adhere to structured processes while identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
- Native/bilingual proficiency or full professional proficiency in English.
