Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to deployment, working closely with stakeholders to define product vision, roadmap, and success metrics.
- Gather and analyze requirements, ensuring that stakeholders' needs align with business objectives and technical feasibility.
- Utilize Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, XP) to manage product delivery while maintaining flexibility to adapt to evolving business needs.
- Own short-term roadmaps while contributing to the long-term strategic vision.
- Conduct SQL queries and deep-dive into databases to derive insights and drive product decisions.
- Create and maintain user stories, ensuring development teams understand business requirements.
- Work through UAT, production deployment, and end-of-life cycles to optimize product impact.
- Assist in breaking down stakeholders' preconceived notions about solutions and guiding them through an iterative, data-driven approach to problem-solving.
- Act as a liaison between development teams and business units to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Work on multiple products simultaneously, balancing priorities across different projects.
- 3-10 years of experience in Product Management, with a strong Business Analyst component.
- Hands-on experience with Data Analytics, Data Warehousing, and Data Science-driven products.
- Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and validation.
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, XP) and backlog management tools like Azure DevOps (ADO) or Jira.
- Ability to translate complex business needs into actionable technical requirements.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working with machine learning models and data-driven decision-making is a plus.
- Ability to manage 2-3 products in active development at a time.
- Proven ability to work in a flexible, non-dogmatic environment where standard conventions are evaluated rather than blindly followed.
