Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced SAP S/4 HANA Manufacturing Reporting Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and interpreting manufacturing reports in SAP S/4 HANA. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA's manufacturing modules, and the ability to create reports that provide actionable insights for operational and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Report Development: Design, create, and implement customized reports in SAP S/4 HANA using standard reporting tools (e.g., Fiori, SAP Analytics Cloud, or embedded analytics).
• Data Interpretation: Analyze and interpret manufacturing data to create meaningful insights for the business. Ensure reports meet the needs of various departments, including production, supply chain, and operations.
• Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with business analysts, production teams, and other stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into actionable SAP solutions.
• Performance Tuning: Optimize reporting processes for performance, ensuring that reports load quickly and provide accurate, real-time data.
• Data Quality Assurance: Validate and ensure data integrity and accuracy in the generated reports.
• User Training: Provide support and training to end-users on how to generate and interpret reports in SAP S/4 HANA.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with SAP S/4 HANA enhancements and new tools/features that can improve reporting efficiency and functionality.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues related to SAP S/4 HANA manufacturing reporting, data extraction, and interpretation.

Required Skills and Experience:

• SAP S/4 HANA Experience: 3 years of hands-on experience working with SAP S/4 HANA, specifically in the manufacturing modules (PP, MM, QM, PM, etc.).
• Report Design and Development: Strong expertise in designing and developing reports in SAP S/4 HANA, including using Fiori, CDS views, and SAP BW/4 HANA where applicable.
• Data Analysis: Proven ability to analyze large datasets and translate them into clear, actionable reports that support manufacturing and business operations.
• SAP Reporting Tools: Proficiency in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), embedded analytics, and other SAP reporting tools.
• SQL & Data Querying: Experience in writing complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate data as needed for report generation.
• Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues related to data discrepancies, report performance, and system functionality.
• Business Process Knowledge: Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and key performance indicators (KPIs) in production and operations.
• Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams and departments to understand business needs and deliver effective reporting solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP Certification: SAP Certified in S/4 HANA (Manufacturing/Analytics).
• Advanced Analytics Tools: Experience with SAP BW/4 HANA, Tableau, or Power BI for advanced reporting and data visualization.
• Project Management Experience: Ability to manage reporting projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
