Title: Sr. Business Analyst

Duration: 12 Month contract
Compensation: $80-84/hour

Sr. Business Analyst

Description:

• Supports the design, development, testing, deployment and ongoing support of our Project Portfolio Management tools and solutions.
• Creates functional requirements aligned to business/user requirements.
• Analyze user stories and translate them into functional requirements.
• Creates artifacts as necessary to lay out requirements for the team.
• Partners with Architects and Engineers to refine requirements and ensure story readiness for development and testing.
• Reviews story Acceptance Criteria for completeness, clarity and testability
• Supports technical project planning for team activities.
• Supports test cycles through implementation of enhancements as needed.
• Plans and executes BA level validations of functionality to ensure alignment to functional specifications and solutions design.
• Active participant in Production deployments.
• Helps structure and plan core team activities during the sprint.
• Helps delivery manager as needed to plan out Agile scrum activities, milestones and ceremonies.
• Partners with Product Managers to align roadmap to sprint activities.

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of progressive experience across all Clarity PPM modules supporting configurations, enhancements, and customizations in Clarity PPM ModernUX.
• Proven experience supporting Broadcom Clarity PPM upgrade/implementation 16.X or higher in a web-based hosted SaaS environment.
• Prior experience working on an agile delivery team.
• Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration with teams to produce quality work.
• Excellent analytical and technical problem-solving.
• Ability to communicate effectively and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where multi-tasking and prioritizing is necessary.
• Advanced knowledge of business analysis, application and solution design, software development lifecycle, and integration
• Experience in technical project planning.
• Experience in writing technical specifications and documentation.
• Preferred Qualifications:
  Certification in Agile methodologies
• Prior experience with Clarity and SAP integrations.
• Experience in supporting large-scale businesses and time entry systems.
• Experience in test-driven development methodologies.

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Tech
