Job Description:
- Participates in sourcing initiatives providing research, analysis and procurement expertise.
- Analyzes proposals and quotes received; selects or recommends suppliers.
- Recommendations are based on industry expertise, quality, total cost and corporate factors.
- Negotiates with suppliers.
- Supervises preparation of orders, schedules orders and follows up to expedite delivery.
- Obtains certifications of delivery and conducts check against order.
- Conducts supplier quality audits and addresses non-conformance issues.
- Must experience with RFP RFI sourcing
- Experience with Facilities agreements
- Experience Construction agreements
