Key Responsibilities:
- Build and deliver reports and data solutions that meet business needs.
- Translate high-level business requirements into actionable design specifications for report development.
- Design and develop automated reports and dashboards, migrating from legacy manual processes to Power BI and Power Platform.
- Identify and implement appropriate solutions for reporting based on tool availability and data access.
- Utilize SAS for general reporting, and work with tools such as SQL and Azure Synapse for effective data management.
- Collaborate with both business and technical teams to ensure alignment of solutions with organizational needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders and internal teams to facilitate communication and understanding of requirements.
- Proficiency in Power BI is required; experience with other BI tools (Cognos, Tableau) is a plus.
- Strong knowledge and experience with SQL and data management.
- Experience with Azure Synapse is highly desired.
- Excellent ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proven ability to work effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills to translate technical concepts into business terms.
- Ability to think beyond visual reports and understand the fundamentals of data solutions.
