ABOUT THIS FEATURED OPPORTUNITY

The UI Engineer will build out the front end for an internal Content Management Application. You will need to recreate existing patterns into the preexisting codebase while utilizing reusable components. The UI Engineer will play a key role in an Agile development environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet sprint commitments. The position involves active participation in daily stand-ups, engaging in discussions with team members and Product Owners, and contributing to feature implementation and design reviews. The responsibilities encompass both writing and discussing code, fostering a dynamic and collaborative development process.

THE OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU

You will develop and maintain front-end features for an internal Content Management Application using React by recreating existing design patterns within the preexisting codebase and leveraging reusable components. Rapidly prototype and deliver solutions that align with business requirements while identifying and resolving JavaScript and CSS defects with a focus on performance optimizations. Perform root cause analysis to address technical challenges effectively and optimize existing JavaScript code by establishing reusable snippets and coding standards. Actively participate in Agile development activities, including daily stand-ups, design reviews, and sprint planning, to ensure seamless collaboration and timely delivery of high-quality features.

KEY SUCCESS FACTORS

• 8 years of experience in front-end development, with expertise in React.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript and CSS.
  • Familiarity with tools like React Query for efficient data handling.
• Proven experience in performance optimization, algorithms, and advanced business logic.
• Strong ability to create precise UI layouts with attention to detail.
