We are seeking a thoughtful and experienced UX Product Designer to join our User Experience and Digital Customer Experience client team. This individual will help transform complex applications into simple, intuitive user experiences. The role involves working with cross-functional teams, creating and presenting UX deliverables, and collaborating with developers to implement effective solutions.
Responsibilities:
• Work with cross-functional teams using agile methodology to define user stories and UX deliverables
• Influence product decisions based on UX best practices and research
• Design visual styles, interfaces, and interaction flows
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and detailed design specifications
• Conduct usability tests and analyze feedback to refine designs
• Advocate for user needs and collaborate with business owners on features and flows
• Manage project communications and deliver timely status reports
Qualifications:
• 4 years of experience in UX design or similar roles
• Proficient in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe CC, Sketch)
• Experience in agile development and collaborating with developers
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
• 7 years of UX design experience
• Experience with responsive, adaptive, and accessible designs
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field
