The UX Researcher to create a research plan and execute research on a third-party HCM platform primarily used in the retail and finance teams. THE OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU
- Conduct qualitative UX research with a focus on usability testing, interviews, and persona-driven analysis.
- Lead and execute a core research methodology to evaluate the user experience of the third-party HCM tool.
- Collaborate with the UX Research Lead to design research plans and deliver compelling insights.
- Work closely with internal engineering and product teams to ensure research findings translate into actionable improvements.
- Present research findings to cross-functional teams and communicate insights clearly and effectively.
- Identify pain points, usability gaps, and opportunities to improve the user experience, supporting change management and adoption planning.
KEY SUCCESS FACTORS
- 4 years of UX Research experience, ideally in fast-paced or cross-functional environments
- Comfortable conducting research across different user personas and use cases.
- Deep experience in Qualitative research, with a strong emphasis on Usability Testing
- Excellent communication and presentation skills i.e. ability to craft a clear narrative from complex findings and synthesize into actional insights
