You will be involved in design reviews, setting engineering requirements, implementing accessibility engineering solutions, and light QA validation. You will collaborate closely with project managers, designers, quality testers, and development teams.
A significant portion of your time will involve working closely with designers and engineers to ensure accessibility requirements are met. This will include suggesting design changes and coding engineering solutions yourself.

- 4 years of front-end web development experience with proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience providing feedback on UI designs
- Proficiency in debugging and troubleshooting inaccessible code
- Strong familiarity with WCAG
- Strong familiarity with ARIA
- Experience validating accessibility of web experiences with automated tool
- Experience validating accessibility of web experiences with assistive technology or accessibility features
