Our Recruiting team is at the core of Instabase’s rapid growth, directly impacting the scale and success of our company. As a Contract Technical Recruiter, you’ll immediately dive into recruiting high-priority roles, with a primary focus on sourcing, engaging, and closing exceptional software engineering talent. This role is highly execution-focused, perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is eager to rapidly deliver high-quality results.
What You'll Do
- Drive end-to-end recruiting for software engineering and related technical roles, emphasizing rapid sourcing and pipeline velocity.
- Independently build robust, high-quality candidate pipelines to meet aggressive hiring goals.
- Effectively engage, screen, and close top-tier engineering talent, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience throughout.
- Partner closely and effectively with hiring managers to understand role requirements and maintain alignment throughout the hiring process.
- Continuously analyze and optimize recruiting funnel performance to enhance efficiency, conversion rates, and offer acceptance.
About You
- 4-6 years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, specifically focused on software engineering roles.
- Demonstrated ability to rapidly source and attract high-caliber engineering talent independently.
- Proven track record of high-velocity recruiting in fast-paced, high-demand environments.
- Highly execution-oriented, with excellent organization, prioritization, and closing skills.
- A collaborative and effective communicator who can build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike.
- Determined, proactive, and creative in overcoming sourcing and hiring challenges.
Compensation (USD):
- This role is a contract and the expected base pay range for this role is $78-85 per hour, 40 hours per week maximum.
- Starting with a 6-month engagement and potential to extend.
