Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately, maintaining up-to-date records in our computerized systems.
- Provide information about services and products while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette to create a welcoming atmosphere for callers.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and improve customer satisfaction.
- Assist in resolving customer complaints by identifying the root cause and providing appropriate solutions.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in accordance with privacy regulations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
