Job Overview
As a Field Marketer for our company, you will be crucial in generating leads and expanding our customer base. Your primary responsibility will be engaging with Charlotte area residents, promoting our home improvement services, and scheduling appointments for our sales team. The initial training will be conducted in Charlotte to equip you with the necessary knowledge and skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Canvassing:
- Conduct door-to-door canvassing in designated neighborhoods in the Charlotte area.
- Engage with homeowners, providing information about our home improvement services and assessing their potential needs.
- Lead Generation:
- Effectively communicate the benefits of our home improvement solutions to potential customers.
- Collect and record lead information accurately for follow-up.
- Appointment Setting:
- Schedule appointments for our sales team to conduct detailed assessments and provide quotes.
- Maintain a well-organized schedule and report daily activities to the supervisor.
- Product Knowledge:
- Attend and complete the initial training in Charlotte to gain a comprehensive understanding of our home improvement products and services.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
- Customer Relations:
- Build positive relationships with potential customers, addressing their questions and concerns professionally.
- Represent the company with a high level of integrity and customer service.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in canvassing or sales is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Reliable transportation for canvassing activities.
- Ability to adapt to different neighborhoods and customer demographics.
- Willingness to undergo training in Charlotte before starting the fieldwork in the area.
Working Conditions:
- The position involves outdoor activities, walking, and standing for extended periods.
- Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to maximize engagement with potential customers.
- Training will be provided in Charlotte; travel and accommodation expenses will be covered during the training period.
- Up to 75% travel to other locations; travel and accommodation expenses will be covered.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
