Job Overview
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for meeting with homeowners on company generated sales leads, building relationships with clients, and promoting products or services to drive sales growth. This role requires a proactive and results-driven individual who excels in a fast-paced sales environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct product demonstrations to potential customers
- Manage and grow existing accounts through effective account management techniques
- Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to expand the customer base
- Utilize upselling techniques to increase sales revenue
- Fluent in Spanish is a plus for engaging with a diverse customer base
- Generate leads through referrals and previous customers and maintain a well-managed sales pipeline
- Efficiently manage assigned territories to maximize sales potential
Skills
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in outside sales roles
- Ability to conduct compelling product demos and presentations
- account management skills to nurture client relationships
- Proficiency in understanding customer needs
- Skilled in upselling techniques to drive additional revenue
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is advantageous for engaging with a wider customer base

Pay: $90,000.00 - $185,000.00 per year
